Valley Christian CHRISTIAN EXCELLENCE WEEK
Matthew 5:16 says, "Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." During Christian Excellence Week, students have the opportunity to glorify God through the abilities He has given them. Although it is evident that much practice and preparation is needed to excel in any area of life, it is God who ultimately has blessed us with our abilities. Throughout the week students display their talents. This is accomplished by playing musical instruments, singing Christian hymns and songs, displaying artistic drawings, Bible memorization, preaching and teaching, and in numerous other ways.
